Since the early 2000’s, Jes Rovsing has been involved in numerous real estate transactions with international investors investing in Denmark. The transactions have covered all real estate segments and all phases of the value chain.
Jes has executed direct investments previously on the sell-side, but lately more specifically on the buy side – either as JV Partner, Fund Manager or Buy Side Advisor, where significant acquisitions have been executed with RREEF, Conran and Partners, Freja Ejendomme, ABRDN, Brunswick Real Estate, Pictet and more.

The people behind Propcon mainly consists of Jes Rovsing and a team of external partners, who engage on a case-to-case basis according to their best expertise.
Jes Rovsing has worked with real estate investments for the past 25 years helping international investors successfully enter and expand their presence in the Danish real estate market.
Based on the experience gained from senior positions as JV Partner, Sales Director, Head of Transaction Services, and most recently, Fund Manager and Country Manager, Jes established Propcon – a property consulting company offering and further developing investment services tailored to international investors entering or expanding within the Danish real estate market.

Jes Rovsing is a real estate professional with more than 25 years of broad experience in business development and real estate investment management. Several senior positions at various industry-leading institutions prove a solid experience with execution of real estate deals within all real estate segments.
Recent positions as Sales Director at the state-owned real estate company Freja ejendomme (2010-2017), Head of Transactions at Aberdeen Standard Investments (2017-2020), and Country Manager & Fund Manager at Brunswick Real Estate (2020-2023) count a vast number of successful real estate transactions, which proves a strong track record in Deal Making, Transaction Services, Asset Management, and Exit Strategies.
